Following these guidelines will help you achieve the best possible outcome and minimise any potential side effects.
Before Your Treatment
- Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications such as aspirin for at least 24 hours before treatment
- Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment to keep your skin hydrated
- Limit sun exposure and avoid tanning beds for at least one week before treatment
- Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and harsh active skincare products for 48 hours prior
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, and oils
- Let your clinician know about any medications and relevant medical history
After Your Treatment
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours
- Stay upright and avoid lying down for at least 4 hours following treatment
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot environments for 24 hours post-treatment
- Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours
- Continue drinking plenty of water to support healing and skin hydration
- Apply sunscreen daily and limit direct sun exposure to protect your skin

I am a Paramedic, Registered Nurse and owner of Crème Studio. When you come in for your wrinkle reduction treatment, I'm the only practitioner you will see. Every wrinkle reduction treatment is delivered personally by me, from your first consultation through to your follow-up review.
I believe great cosmetic aesthetics should feel undetectable. My goal is for you to look like the best, most rested version of yourself. I take the time with every patient to understand your anatomy, your goals, and what is genuinely right for you before we perform a treatment.
I'm incredibly proud to bring these services to our community. Big-city treatments that truly work shouldn't be out of reach just because of where you live. So, we are bringing them to you.
